Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right.
✅ Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
✅ Include clear photos and a short description of the issue
✅ We may request the item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement
Once approved, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are non-refundable.
✅ We’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit
❌ Refunds are not available on sale items unless they are faulty
Change of Mind / Wrong Size / Wrong Colour
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect colour selection.

✅ Items must be in original, unused condition and returned within 30 days
✅ Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
