5. 📦 Returns & Exchanges
30-day exchange or store credit on unused items.
- Customer covers return postage (unless our error)
- Include a sample/tracing of your chair leg for the right replacement
- We send replacements back and just charge you the return delivery cost (cheaper than organising yourself)
