I tried to stop my order when I realized that I ordered the incorrect size, but they said it was too late that it was already shipped. The person took the measurements and recommended leg caps that he thought would fit. I never ordered but I just received them. They were not what I wanted, I never ordered them, and they were too small and did not fit. I am reviewing my bank account to see if i was charged for the second shipment that I never ordered.

I had measured the chair leg for internal square caps but they just went straight inside the legs - too small
I ordered sizes on either side of what I thought I needed. I need 1 1/4 inches. The ones I received were too small or too large. I attempted to converse with you via chat but that was a joke. I don't think you can help me and don't seem to want to try.
These were slightly small but with a bit of adjustment we got them fitted neatly into the feet.

For 18-20mm they are too big and had to be reduced in size to fit
I would prefer to see a felt addition to the bottom to add a safeguard to flooring.
The feet are good quality but were slightly too large despite my chair legs being in the range stated, I had to trim the edges to get them to fit in.
