Do you offer order tracking?
Yes. As soon as we ship, you’ll get a tracking link by email or SMS. Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.
How long does delivery take?

United States, United Kingdom, and Italy. Outside these regions, email info@chairlegcaps.com.
When do you dispatch orders?
Orders placed before 2 pm local warehouse time usually ship the same business day. Orders after that or on weekends ship the next business day.
Do you sell per piece or in packs?
We sell per piece and as packs so you can match each leg perfectly. Many chairs legs have different front and rear leg sizes. Bulk discounts apply are factored into our pack prices.
How do I pick the right size?
Each product page has visuals that show how to measure. Still unsure? Send us a quick photo or a traced outline of your furniture leg and we’ll guide you.
How do exchanges and returns work?
Contact us within 30 days. Items must be unused and in original condition. For exchanges, include:
- A sample or traced drawing of the furniture leg shape
Do you offer refunds?
- Faulty or damaged: refund or replacement
- Change of mind, wrong size, wrong colour: exchange or store credit
- Sale items: exchange or store credit
